Nadia S. Anderson, CPA, CGMA
Founder and Lead Accountant
As the team leader of The Anderson Accounting & Advising Group (TAAAG), Nadia reviews and interprets financial statements, builds relationships with our clients, offers advice on business management, and helps our clients understand and tell the story of their business through numbers.
As a small business owner Nadia appreciates the inseparable link between the business and the owner. She knows first hand the freedom and the uncertainty that are the hallmarks of entrepreneurship. Therefore, she listens to understand the business owner’s WHY; The WHY informs the HOW and the WHAT. She believes that your workflow is the foundation for your accounting processes and systems. A natural storyteller, Nadia listens to understand your business and interprets the numbers to tell a full story. She is interested in getting to know her clients and forming mutually beneficial long term relationships.

Late in 2022 our bookkeeper and executive assistant shifted to new opportunities. I wish them the best in their future endeavors and remain in prayerful contemplation of when will be the right time to fill those positions again.
How We Work
Office hours for client meetings are Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 4pm and Fridays 10am - 1pm. We are not in a rush. We take our time and focus on one project, one client, and one task at a time.
To be sure that we are present and prepared, we schedule meetings and phone calls in advance. We don’t have email notifications active on mobile devices and ask for two days to respond to emails. We redirect all new inquiries to a single intake form on our website so that we can capture inquiries through a single portal and guide potential clients through the process.
Our workspace is bright - we enjoy a full day of natural light from every room. The vibe is calm and cozy. There are usually low-fi beats or jazz riffs playing in the background. There’s always a faint hint of lavender in the air. We’re focused and inspired. We’re pleasant, cheerful and happy to help our clients navigate the dynamic demands of business ownership and money management.
