How We Work
Office hours for client meetings are Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 4pm and Fridays 10am - 1pm. We are not in a rush. We take our time and focus on one project, one client, and one task at a time.
To be sure that we are present and prepared, we schedule meetings and phone calls in advance. We don’t have email notifications active on mobile devices and ask for two days to respond to emails. We redirect all new inquiries to a single intake form on our website so that we can capture inquiries through a single portal and guide potential clients through the process. Our workspace is bright - we enjoy a full day of natural light from every room. The vibe is calm and cozy. There are usually low-fi beats or jazz riffs playing in the background. There’s always a faint hint of lavender in the air. We’re focused and inspired. We’re pleasant, cheerful and happy to help our clients navigate the dynamic demands of business ownership and money management. |
